This is my personal experience of facing common challenges in hiring assignment experts. The first and foremost challenge is the lack of information about the experts. With the increasing number of freelance writers and other professionals, it is difficult to find out about their reliability. It is also very daunting to go through endless reviews and feedback to know which expert would be a suitable match for the job.

The second challenge that I faced was to evaluate the expertise of the expert. It is essential to hire an expert who is capable of meeting the requirement and can deliver the task on time. This often requires a considerable amount of effort as it is almost impossible to evaluate the knowledge and skill of an expert without having a prior experience or a verified feedback from others.
