Electrical system uses PLC frequency adjustment which can easily control every mechanism. The container straddle carrier is powered by a 490BPG diesel engine and features low operating noise and low vehicle vibration. The main body consists of steel frame, steel wire rope, hydraulic motor of hydraulic transmission system, gear pump, steering cylinder, lifting cylinder, double-acting balance valve and walking solid tire. The lifting mechanism adopts four cylinders with the diameter of 180 mm, which have a large lifting capacity, a small system pressure, a stable and safe lifting and lowering, and high loading and unloading efficiency. It adopts two-wheel drive, four-wheel steering, and a large rotation angle of up to 110 degrees. It can realize steering and translation at any angle, and the turning radius is small. The control system consists of a complete set of valve body and operating rod, which is simple, convenient and flexible to operate.
