Our Factory We have 2 factories in Malaysia, one veneer lamination factory, 1 machining factories, with totally 200000 square ft workshop and 120 staff. With in-depth knowledge of supply chains and the in-house thermo-fused melamine press facilities, Artz Master could provide mass customization to our clients with not limit of the size of projects. We have invested technology advanced machineries and highly sophisticated software which cover product modeling, machines interlink communication and product manufacturing. Our Product Our main products are flat pack panel based furniture, includes kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanity, wardrobe, office furniture, living room furniture etc. The kitchen cabinets are frameless and modern designed, with RTA structure, welcome by customers. Product Application The kitchen cabinets are mostly exported to U.S, Canada, Australia and Europe, are widely used in kitchen, with standard American design, the kitchen can be used in different combination, meets different size and customer requirements. Our Certificate Our materials have passed ISO and JIS certification, and also got CARB P2 certificate, environment-friendly and healthy. Production Equipment We have advanced equipments in this industry, use CNC for blanking, heavy-duty automatic edge banding line, which can guarantee seamless edge banding, that makes our edge banding industry-leading. We use CNC for machining, guarantee the accuracy and consistency of the products.
